OUTDOOR MISSIONS · OBSERVE FIRST
Take your curiosity
for a walk.
A grown-up, a safe place and a little time to notice. Choose one mission; you don’t need to do them all.
YOUR NEXT MISSION · OUTSIDE THE SCREEN
The world is
your idea lab.
Step outside with a grown-up. Find one leaf, seed or animal to observe. Leave it just as you found it.
Ask: “What can you do that I wish I could?”
A bigger “what if?”
Before you
head outside.
- Choose a safe spot. A garden, a familiar path or a view from a window can all work. A grown-up stays with you.
- Leave the living world alone. No picking, tasting, trapping or reaching into hiding places. A drawing is enough to bring home.
- Make the model small. Use paper on a low table or clear floor. Keep away from roads, open water, hot lamps and sharp tools.
- Notice one thing that surprised you. Tell someone what you saw before you explain what you think it means.
